Please

filling in BOOKING
FORM. The non-refundable deposit payment
is $50 per person. Reservations are accepted subject to these
conditions and will only be confirmed until receipt of deposit
accompanied with the completed form. (The personal details
should be the same as those contained in the passports.) You
must pay the full balance of your accommodation not less than
30 days before departure, or at the time of booking if less
than 30 days before departure. Your final travel documentation
can not be issued until we have received your full payment
and booking form. For more than 10 persons, please contact
us directly for special price.
Notes
to room reservation:
All
changes or cancellations can only be made 3 days before departure
by written confirmation, on which agent details, passenger's
name & title, arrival & departure dates and transportation,
number & type of rooms must be shown
One
night rate will be charged with "NO SHOW" or without
any written confirmation of cancellation from Dragon (China)
Tours & Travel
Hotel
will only keep your room reserved until 18:00 on your arrival
day unless your special request or transportation notice has
been received by the hotel before 18:00 on that day
Some
hotels may change their rates due to special event or convention
(such as Chinese Export Commodities Fair (Guangzhou), holidays,
festivals and special event or convention in Hong Kong and
so on). If so, please contact us for latest rates
Room
rates are based on per person per night and extra night cost
is just for per night per person. The single room rate for
extra night is as same as per night rate.
