Shanghai China
From $1496 Guaranteed Depart Mondays & Fridays*

Day 01     
Departed from Australia and arrival in Shanghai in the evening, and then met by tour guide to transfer to hotel.

Day 02     
Tour to The Bund in the morning, where plenty of European styled buildings constructed in 1930s stand along the western bank of the Huangpu River's the mouth of China's longest river "Yangtze River". It is a very famous tourism attraction in Shanghai. And then we are going to have a tour of New Pudong District by driving across the modern bridge over the Huangpu River. Drop off at around 11:30 in Xiangyang Street, where you are free to shop for clothes, DVDs, bags and so on. Pick up at 18:00 by tour guide and back to hotel.
Day 03      It is free day for shopping in Nanjing Road and Huaihai Road, where you can find more fashions in China today, such as beautiful bags, shoes, ladies fashion, and so on.
Day 04      Final shopping or packing up your luggage in room. You will be picked up by tour guide in the hotel and then approaching to Pudong International Airport back to Australia in the afternoon.
Day 05      Arrival at Melbourne / Sydney airport in the morning.

Touring to The Old City in the morning,
where all buildings were built in a traditional Chinese style. It is a very famous tourism attraction in Shanghai. Also visit the Yu Garden, a two-hectare skillfully landscaped garden comprising, winding paths through charming pavilions, delightful grottoes, and magnificent lotus ponds quaint bridges and trickling streams. Then we are going to the most famous shopping street of Shanghai: Nanjing Road and Huaihai Road. Nanjing Road is full of old style shops and is a good place to get the feeling of ordinary Shanghai residents' life while Huaihai Road is the place for young "White Collars" where you can find lots of international brands.

3 Days tour to Suzhou & Tong Li Water Village

Day 04
(B/L)
Following the day 04 after leisure time in Shanghai in the morning, we are departing to Suzhou by train in the morning, 45 kilometers far away from the east to Shanghai, which is well known as historical and cultural city in China with a history of more than 2,500 years since it was first built as a town Helu in 514 B.C. Suzhou garden, began from thousand years ago, construction of private landscape gardens and courtyard houses came in vogue among local scholar-gentry, so much so that for a time the city had as many as 270 such gardens. Transfer to the hotel after arrival. You will experience the spirit of Suzhou: its gardens and special products. The Master of Nets Garden, one of the most renowned gardens out of its group, will show us the traditional oriental garden in southern China, in which limited space was cunningly arranged to engender scenic spots that allowed owner to have nature all to him without stepping out of his front door. Then we will visit the Silk Factory in Suzhou due to its well known position as the hometown of Chinese Silk. Suzhou Embroidery Research Institute in the Circular-Grace Garden is another attraction in Suzhou, which is staffed with a team of top-notch embroidery masters in the tradition of one of the China's four eminent schools of embroidery. Guanqian Street, with the gathering of most typical local shops and restaurants, will help strengthen the impression to this small but vibrate city on water.
Day 05 (B/L) Today we will see the ancient water town "Tongli" with over 600 years old, where abounds with rivers and lakes, there have many ancient architecture and the lanes paved by slab stones in the Ming and Qing Dynasties still remaining intact. The typical style and features of the water country in town and even the way of life of its inhabitants keep unchanged. All the houses in the town built by streams with sidewalks along have naturally turned into its street together with the water lanes. Stone bridges and overhead towers projection span over them for free passages of the local people, even of the tourists today.
Day 06 (B) Transfer to the railway station for the train to Shanghai and picked up by our tour guide upon arrival in Shanghai Railway station and transfer to Shanghai International Airport to catch the flight back to Australia.
